I've seen videos like that, yet I still have those fillings. I need to get them out, especially while there is a biological dentist near us. Thanks for posting it.

I haven't even looked but is it the smoking tooth? I watched the smoking tooth with a dr friend of mine back in nursing school in like 2008. You really need someone who knows what the heck they're doing bc disrupting them can cause more harm. Also cold drinks, hot makes the mercury leach. I only have one or maybe two fillings at this point and they are resin but I have urged my mom and husband to get their mercury out!!!

I've slowly been removing mine by a holistic dentist. I still have 4 BIG ones to go.
It's a B to have them replaced. I HATE sitting in the dentist chair. But i also hate having this poison in my mouth.

Is there a website that lists biological dentists? I have no idea how to find one near me.

Has anyone had these removed? I've always heard mixed reviews on this process but now that I have the MTHFR gene mutation I'm considering this for the bigger fillings I have. I could only imagine the cost though. ugh

Just a heads up for everyone. I had my husband get 5 cavities filled. It was not the *biological testing compatability and not through a biological dentist BUT I did have him get composites and Not the amalgams.
The cost for 5 cavities was $248. I pay a LOT for dental $40/month so I have a really good dental plan. Out of pocket for us was $40.
Now being removed...I'm sure is a whole other story. I looked into biological dentistry and I looked into the composites and what went in them and I decided composites were the way to go for us. Nothing is perfect, but I'm happy with the decision.
The dentist he went to isn't against amalgams but he said there has been such an outcry about
them that he stopped using them in February and is strictly doing composites now.

i have the MTHFR gene mutation and i'm removing mine.
It's important to go to to a biological dentist as they take precautions. Before i knew this i had a random dentist remove an amalgam and he took no precautions for himself or for me.
My dentist wears a big mask to protect herself from mercury flying around. PLUS they put a big dental dam in your mouth. This blocks off your throat so no mercury can be swallowed, they also use ozonated water and have a huge suction that is held under your chin.
To be honest it isn't that expensive. AT all. I can't remember what it cost to have the last two removed an replaced. Maybe $200, maybe even under $200.

My extra cost will be the broken teeth. One molar is missing the inner half. My fillings are all old, so they probably weakened and contributed to the tooth breaking. I'm not sure what they do to fix it, but I suspect they'll pull it since there's no tooth in the center. I'm going to wait until I got through more homeopathy treatments before I do it so I'll be feeling stronger.
