Thanks now I feel a sudden urge to go purchase some of these delicious items. It's good info. I think the binding of the heavy metals is only what's actively floating around in blood and gut. If they came out with a study that could pull out the deeply burrowed metals in the muscle tissue and fat cells I'd be making smoothies all day.

Good point. At least it could keep current metals out.

Berries in general have always been a love of mine. My Grandmothers farm had every kind you could want and as a kud I would eat them all day long. They have antioxidants, apparently heavy metal binding properties and they taste great. The French have used them to remove parasites and many claim they aid with illnesses like tumors from cancer or cyst form illnesses. But I've also been told not to eat them because they are acidic and the seeds are difficult on your GI tract to digest. But I have bad stomach issues so perhaps that's for people with what I have. Thanks for the link GP. I love reading about
nutrition.

Peanut butter isn't the best nut to eat anyway, so avoiding it is better for you. :)
