Hello!
Recently, when I wake up in the morning, my arms seems to be vibrating. It doesn't happen every morning. It could be a herx. I used my infrared sauna last night and accidentally stayed in it longer than I thought. My husband was supposed to tell me when to get out but fell asleep so I figured I would estimate the time.
When I got out of the sauna, I took a luke warm Epsom salt bath. I knew I overdid it in the sauna because my whole body was trembling. I laid in bed for a little bit and drank lots of water and it stopped.
Then when I woke up this morning, my arms were like vibrating. You can't see them move but it feels like the muscles are vibrating inside. It's about the 3rd time it happened within the past couple weeks. I haven't been paying attention to whether it corresponds to the mornings after I use the sauna. I'm definitely going to pay attention to that.
I never had this symptom before I started the sauna so maybe it is related.
I was wondering if anyone thinks this is a Lyme symptom or co-infection symptom?
Thanks!
Noelle
