Pilates and yoga??
I find that the perfect combination.
Pilates is so good to find back that connection/controll between your body and your mind. It does so many good things. Just start with intro lessons to build up some strength, then you can go to basic lessons when you're feeling you're up for it...
Well, and yoga, there are so many forms of yoga, I chose Hatha Yoga in the past.
I can't wait to get better... and do these 2...
