Hey everyone :)
Long story short:
I'm in my third month of antibiotic treatment and slowly but surely getting better.
I've been walking around more and more and am now experiencing tendon pain in my quadricep tendon. I also have tendon pain in my elbow. This pain isn't so much with activity, sometimes it comes an goes. However, the quadricep tendon pain seems to be getting worse with activity such as walking and sitting too long. All pain is worse when I first wake up.
Could this be the Lyme disease acting up?
Should I treat this as tendonitis and do physical therapy to correct it? (Cross friction massage/eccentric exercises)
