New Symptoms--Herxing?

Stiff neck is typical for herxing. And it is also a symptom. When I'm herxing I get emotionally 'unstable', panicking is rare, but it happens.

I had that same thing happen to you where I barely felt any symptoms of bartonella. As soon as I had Lyme under control, bam! Bartonella hit me like a ton of bricks. I could not understand why I was feeling worse if some of my major symptoms had subsided. It wasn't until I looked at my new symptoms that I discovered that the new symptoms were from bartonella. Now that I have been after bartonella, I am beginning to feel symptoms of Babesia.

testing for coinfections is even more inaccurate than testing for Borrelia Burgd. It is always possible that the test results for coinfections are false negative. My sister had 3 tests for Bartonella, all negative. Then the dr took a stomach biopsy (cause she had many stomach issues) and pcr tested that for Bartonella: positive! He was sure he had it because of a rash she had on her chest. He just needed a positive test to cover himself so she could start treatment (she didn't have a positive Borrelia test yet, now she has).
