I will post my list:
I am overall about
maybe 80% of my initial health? The biggest issue I have no is lack of energy which is possibly attributed to using so many antibiotics, as well as stomach issues.
Diet- Trying to eat as healthy as possible with lots of vegetables and some meats. Still having fruits. Drinking only water. Eliminated coffee, tea, beer, or any alcohol other than from tinctures. No gluten or sugar. Also attempted to eliminate dairy but making an exception with probiotic yogurt.
Antibiotics- Minocycline (100 mg twice per day), Septra DS (2 pills twice per day), Tinidazole (500 mg twice per day 5 days on 2 days off).
Anti-yeast- Nystatin. (2-3 pills daily but been inconsistent)
Tinctures (doing 2 full dropper fulls, sometimes 3 of) - Banderol, Samento, Houtuynnia, Cumanda, grape fruit seed extract. (alternate but taking these on 'tinidazole off days')
Herbs - Japanese Knotweed. (aiming for 5 pills daily or about
2 grams)
To sleep - Zopiclone (1 pill 7.5mg), Clopopine (can't remember drug name), and natural sleep supplement with 5-HTP, Melatonin, GABA, L-theonine.
Probiotics - 2-3 pills a day.
Detox - Daily detox 'supplements', Greens, Chlorella, some detox baths with epsom salts. Trying to drink lots of green juice.
