Hi All!!
I've noticed there is a lot of anxiety and (emotional) stress in your (our) lifes. Some members are really scared to go outside since spring began, a lot of general anxiety too.
I just wanted to share that meditation can help a lot to bring your stress levels down. We need rest, calmness and as less disturbances as possible.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with Deepak Chopra, but every few months, there is a free 21 Day Meditation Experience. It is a great way to start meditating. There is a new meditation every day, and previous sessions stay online for a few more days.
If you decide to do it, and you feel funny, just open your eyes shortly, and look at your feet, it reconnects you.
This is the link, click on 'free to register and participate (upper right side of the page), there are several ways to do it, by FB, Google, or email.

First time I started meditating, I felt a difference much quicker than I thought I would do.
It is benificial for many things: lowers BP, good for immunity, decrease in anger and anxiety, you will get more balanced emotionally, etc...
I can now more easily make a connection between symptoms and their cause: severe anxiety attack = not me, it is LD or Bartonella that is doing this to me.
I understand your stress and anxiety, I dealt with it for years, I didn't know what was happening, back then I was many years away from a Lyme diagnosis.
It was so bad that when I took the bus or other public transport, that my first thought was 'if someone steps on with a gun or another weapon, I will go and lay under my dead copassengers', I would sit next to the doors, so I could escape as quick as possible. It was crazy, I even hid the knifes at night, cause I thought I would hurt myself in my sleep (I wasn't suicidal at all). I knew I wasn't crazy, now I know that LD and Bartonella caused me to become like that. I then went to see an accupuncturist once a week, he did an amazing job in reducing my anxiety. Accupuncturists can also do wonders.
I hate to see so many people in distress because of anxiety. I can't take it away, but you can work on it. Meditating will not only be beneficial now, it will be a tool you can use throughout the rest of your life.
I hope this will help,
MarieLS
