I am buying a mini trampoline today. I have done alot of reading and increasing lymph system circulation really helps to get the toxins out and detox. it is good for people like me who is too sick to get out or exercise. also, clay baths is something else I am reading about.

I am going to try jumping slowly on the trampoline, at lease I will feel like I am doing something active. besides walking.

I just got a mini trampoline yesterday! I am excited to try it out tomorrow. I started clay foot baths and am going to to take full clay baths in a week or so. mygutsy.com has great clay bath and mini trampoline info.

I have a Bellicon. I got it because I have a problem with my ankle. Most trampolines will ruin your joints and your spine. I really love mine. It cost an arm and a leg but it was money well spent.

hey my gutsy.com is where I jound out about it. and I was reading a good book about you are what you eat, and it said to do the trampoline. so I thought I would give it a try.

Hmm interesting.... We have a regular size trampoline that my kids jump on. Would that be the same as a mini?

Did you get stiffer bungies for your ankle? I have ankle pronation on one side, so I'd need a firmer one I'd think.

Good for you! I hope it helps.

According to my LLMD she says the rebounding is great for lymphatic. She also says that there is no need to jump, that bouncing is ok. Probably easier on the joints that way and better for those of us who are having problems with balance.
