Be careful about the green. That can mean you're not digesting your food properly. Unfortunately, it can also be a sign of C. Diff. When I had C. Diff., I had either yellow or green stools.
If I were you, I would start taking S. Boullardi and Bacillus Coagulans, along with a probiotic with high strains, ie 80 billion or more.
Then, take a high-quality digestive enzyme before each meal, and perhaps Betaine HCL.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, you need to see a GI doctor, and get tested for C. Diff. A and B.
You should cook your veggies for awhile, eat bone broth, and as far as fruits, eat only blueberries, mango, papaya, and fairly ripe bananas. Cook the blueberries and the mangos.
Eat avocado and squash.
Stop starches, sugars, grains, and beans for awhile, and see if that helps.
