So, I've been having lots of balance/dizzy issues, and lately a weird muffled noise in my left ear. If something gets banged on the table, I get a muffled noise in that ear. Well, this morning after I made my son breakfast I sat down to read the news on my phone, and all the letters looked weird.
I then experienced this waviness from my left peripheral vision. Nothing was really blurry, but there were wavy lines in the entire left part of my vision. I was seriously trying not to freak out. I had an Alka Seltzer Gold, and now its gone. Back to normal.
I went to an ENT before my Lyme treatment, as well as an optomologist, and I've had a brain MRI, all of which were fine, so I think it is definitely the Lyme, but I swear that for about
15 minutes I feared I was going blind in my left eye
Has this happened to anyone?
Could it have been a herx?
I should add that before treatment, I noticed some squiggly, bouncy vision here and there, but this episode was like x 100!
