Looking for LLMD in SF Bay Area, CA

Good afternoon.. I recently tested positive for Lyme and have been on the look for a LLMD, however I have been unable to locate one.

I am located in the San Francisco Bay area, specifically Contra Costa County. It would be great if the LLMD accepted insurance, but I understand most do not.

Any help in this would be great, I am kinda freaking out about these results and would love to get the best doctor I can to help treat it.
