Maine,
I've had low levels my whole life. Different doctors have diagnosed it differently. I used to take slow fe daily, that upped numbers slightly but not enough. I ate lots of liver, that helps more than slow fe but to me tastes gross. Other stuff Im not remembering...
Recently, I noticed benzonite clay has 97% of your daily iron. I've been drinking a teaspoon with lemon water, the days I remember and I put 1/4-1/2 cup in the bath. It's been making me feel good, but I haven't had my ferritin levels tested lately. The benzonite clay also has 30% of your magnesium, and some manganese, iodine and even a little selenium which helps collect heavy metal toxins.
