Is one to two hours west of the city ok? There's a very well-known one in Pawling. I MUST update my email.

There is someone in NYC but is rather expensive (so so I have heard) Dr R - do you want the full name? I can email it to you if you would like :-)

I have one in nyc that I see and another name of one in brooklyn who takes insurance. I will email u both Sunday night. Just please email me to remind me so I don't lose this thread. I have two other members I have to email too but I am away for the weekend and surely don't want to lose track. I will b happy to help!! Thanks!!

He's one of the best, and I fly all the way from NC.

But he's expensive as sh-- too!!
