Stopped going to LLMD, what doctors will resume blood work

I have a list of blood work I would like to a doctor to check, any recommendations on what type of doctor I should see to do blood work? I would like to check my liver enzymes since they were elevated from Lyme abx. I'd like to check my red blood cell minerals because I heard these are a better indicator of serum levels. I would also like to check a few other things. I am no longer going to a LLMD so I would like to know who would be a good doctor to pick up with.

Still pretty bad. I have an appointment for OSB device in 2 weeks for sleep apnea so I just have to keep waiting for that. I've been trying chiropractors and osteopaths for last few weeks to try to help with neck discomfort but nothing is helping. I also might have thoracic outlet syndrome which just adds to the mess.
