weird vibration/burning sensation?

does anyone have this with their lyme ? I will be doing fine just sitting or whatever, then my skin will start burning, it feels like my heart has a vibrating, not really pounding, I feel bad, and get a headache. then I will have a pin prick sensation in the bottom of my feet, or my arm, or knee. sometimes it is so bad, i take a xanax, or a pain pill for just some kind of relief.

it is scary sometimes I think I am going to have a heart attack or die or something.

I definitely have crazy symptoms that make me feel death may be certain. Lol I have to keep a sense of humor about it and since I didn't wake up wanting to off myself I have the ability to chuckle.

I have on a few occasions had an internal vibrating, mine was throughout my entire body when I laid down to go to sleep. I don't recall a burning with mine though. I get lots of numbness and tingling at various times thought. I also have severe panic attacks, and my forearms will feel
Like they're on fire, so much so that I go in the bathroom and run them under ice cold water. I often put dressing cold cloths on myself when I have these episodes.

I have the vibrations, and burning in my feet and hands. It really stings. I also get random hot spots in different areas. I burn up in about a four inch diameter deeper. Some times it is on the side of my knee, some time one cheek, some time my leg, it just comes and goes. I am prickly, tingly, vibrating, stinging, buzzing, all sorts of sensations in different layers everywhere at different times. My skin, under my skin, my flesh all over, and then the ear ringing is also pleasant. Oh this is so fun . . . isn't it! Never a dull moment that is for sure. I am one big bee hive.

I have had pin pricks in the feet and other areas. More common for me is shooting pain above my left temple and joint pain in my fingers..
