infared saunas for treating lymes?

Has anyone used an infared sauna for treatment. And if so, what kind. Near? Far? And brand.
And what did you think?

I ordered one on amazon for $200 and love it. My doc recommended a therasage brand but I couldn't afford it. I guess it's a portable FIR. My body has been ice cold with LD and I love feeling warm. I guess it's for detox and hopefully killing some bugs at the same time. I just got mine so I can't say how effective it is yet, but I'm pretty happy so far.

I just started looking at them..wasnt sure if to get near or far..and if the portables were any good.....thank you...keep me posted.....

Ok, here's what I did: I got the Sunlighten sauna (the one-person thingie that you put on the floor), and I'm paying for it no interest for 15 months. It's about $130 to $140 a month. They had a special deal, and I don't know if they still have it.

I wouldn't start on the highest setting, for sure!

It definitely makes you sweat, and I hope it kills the spirochetes, but I'm not sure.

I will look into that..thank you. I had looked at their website, but just saw the large built in type.
