Does anyone have burning pain in just ONE joint?

I just find it odd that I only have burning pain/joint pain in my SI Joint/sid bone area. I know typically people get joint pain that migrates or pain in the knees I've never had it migrate or anywhere else. This disease is so weird but just curious if anyone can relate to only having one joint hurt?

Yesterday I took my mother to the chiropractor and we were talking about lyme. Turns out her brother had lyme and the only symptom he had was a knee that swelled up like a balloon, full of fluid. When they drained the fluid they tested it and it was full of lyme. Guess he got a PICC line to treat it and is fine now.

How weird is this disease that some people have one joint affected and others are at bedridden or worse.

So Im bedridden now, but back when I was super active still, one of my shoulders would burn and swell and hurt so much more than anything else.

Early in this saga I had burning pain in joints. It could be one knee or it could be all major joints. Thankfully that symptom is rare now a days. Now it is more sharp pains that come and go and arthritic.

Oh I forgot about my SI joints, how is that possible, my SI joints always hurt and very painful. Ijam amsed at after so many years I just accet feeling poorly. But I am grateful for the hours I dont feel as sick.

I get pain in all my joints, but the worst and most persistent is my left knee. Driving my manual transmission car is extremely painful, and sometimes I just can't do it. That terrible feeling you get when you know you have to change gears, and you can already feel the pressure building in the knee, and you know it's about to pop... it's terrible!

One time I had my temporal thermometer out, and I noticed my left knee was swollen and red (along with the pain). I took my left knee's temperature and it was 12 degrees hotter than my right knee. I thought it was so interesting I took a video and showed it to my PCM. My PCM wasn't entertained.

So, yeah, I get sore in all my joints, but my left knee is the one that makes me fall down from pain.

My joint pain started in my feet, then ankles, then knees, wrists, fingers....

Most of the pain in those areas is gone now (intermittent pain some days but mostly pain-free) and now my left hip is in a lot of pain, every day, all day. Sometimes wakes me up at night and is worse after waking up in AM or after sitting for awhile. This has been going on for 2 mos. now...

Yes, this is pretty typical.

Lyme will of course attack and feed off just about any spongy delicious joint-cartridge area which is why your whole body can hurt at times.

However, it has a specific fondness for injuries and is attracted to these areas through pain sensors. This is why one area may hurt more than others and why these areas can seem to shift at times (shifting from injury to injury). It may not even be an injury you know you sustained either.
