Sorry, I am very scared

So well in the shower I noticed something connected to my, erm, manhood (my balls)

I took it off, I was scared

But then there was a brown spot remaining

Is that usual with ticks?
Should I see a doctor?

I am VERY SCARED, and URGENT, what do I do oh my god

Don't panic. People pull ticks off themselves all the time, it doesn't mean you are definitely going to get lyme, but you need to be cautious. The good news is that you caught it right away. You can call your doctor and see if they will give you some antibiotics.
Most doctors won't treat unless you come down with a rash, but maybe you can be persistent.

If you saved the tick you can put it in a baggie and have it tested.

It sounds like you may have left the head in, so if the tick was a carrier, there's a chance you could get an infection since you probably squeezed it's body when getting it out, assuming it was engorged. If you do get it, you don't have to be so scared since you caught it early, which gives you a good chance of taking care of it with a round of antibiotics. I'll let other more experienced with ticks and meds advise you. You might also say where you live so someone could suggest a Lyme literate doctor for you. You need one since they're trained to diagnose and treat.

Try to calm down since stress won't help you any. Just focus on the fact that you found it early and can go after it before it settles in too much. In the future, save the tick to send in for testing. I wish you the best!

Dude you need to go to a doctor to have it taken out. Some of the urgent care facilities have surgeons on staff so they would prob be able to help you. Id call in advance to make sure there is a surgeon on staff. ER might be able to do it as well. It will be okay but you need medical attention.
