wow tano, that is my life I have a horse then I have a husband hahahahah
georgia hunter awesome you are so smart and have helped me so much. I have done a lot of research on the bh 4 over the last several days. I believe I have a big time problems with this and all the associated problems. do I need to have more genetic testing? I have had another peroxide infusion this week, and I am getting more and more energy, and it is breaking up a lot of mucous in my lungs. I also got magnesium and manganese which is helping me sleep better too.
I took 8 months of antibiotics and one month of mepron then stopped. I could not function on these drugs. now, I am seeing this holistic md and I think he may save my life. we are testing my adrenals and heavy metals this week. he also gives iv glutathione which I am low in and take liposomal glutathione which I feel has helped me and methyl folate too. I am on green vibrance, and I stopped all the supplements the lyme doctor gave me. I found out my lyme md works with my holistic md for other patients they live close to the same town because a man at the clinic said he had lyme while I was there and sees the same doctors I do. I read where minocycline helps the bh 4 problem and he said he took that and it helped inflammation. I took it too for a while and it seemed to help me move around better.
most of my bones that pop and crack are in my neck, and I have degenerative joint disease in my spine and with riding horses, falls it is not in the best shape anyway.
anything you can think of to help me I sure would appreciate. I believe my ammonia levels and nitric oxide levels are high too. I have added 2 grams of vitamin c, tyrosine, gingko, so far to help
I have read where IM b 12 shots are more effective, and when you decrease ammonia levels one can feel better quickly. sauna therapy can help, flavanoids, something called VIP, and there is a off label use of terahyrobiopterin which is bh 4 have you heard of this one? also royal jelly helps looks like I am going to the health food store lol
I went to the barn again today doing ground work with sonadora my paso fino mare. she was abused and I have her in rehab. and I washed clothes today too. but I can only do physical activity for only about 5 to 6 hours that is mild. but that is better than being bedridden!!
I'm glad you are doing a better. Everyone on this board should do as you have done and read about
the things they see posted. I know I read about
things I see and I'm not familiar with.
As for the genetic testing, that depends on your financial situation. It never hurts. I feel the pathogens deplete us of our necessary substrates and that causes the methylation cycle to function poorly. Most of us have mutations and knowing where they are located will certainly help when supplementing to make the cycle function correctly.
Metals block the methylation pathway from functioning, bacteria and viruses accumulate metals. That to me sounds like we all have a problem with metals due to bacteria and viruses. Here's an interesting note. When I went on an organic spinach diet for 4 weeks, my teeth became sensitive to temperature changes (either hot or cold). When I started Pectasol-C, my teeth became sensitive to temperature changes. If Pectasol-C helped me to remove metals (and I think it does), then maybe just eating organic spinach allows the body to function better to help eliminate more metals. The positive effect on my immune response from the change in pH and influx of good bacteria was probably the difference.
