I try to work up a really good sweat, to the point where I'm essentially dripping, but I'd like to know that it's really doing something apart from detoxing.

Some of you know I can't do abx or even something like Cowden, at least at present.

Heat primarily does. When you are in a sauna your body temp rises

Ok Opu, that's what I was wondering.

Do you, by any chance, know how effective colloidal silver is as an antimicrobial or abx?

Teragram just found this post. Wherever you raise your body temperature over 102F it starts killing microbes. Colloidal silver is very effective, I would say the best antibiotic out there. I saw a great improvement when on it. I chose to get nano silver by Purest Colloids because it is actually silver atoms unlike silver ions that you get with other brands. Maybe there are other companies that make nano silver but I have not heard of them. By the way, dysautonomia, seizures, migraines, cancer, depression, IG deficiency, etc. etc. can be all caused by mold and I wonder if you were ever tested for HLA? That may be an answer to many of your problems.

Hi lbabe. Thanks for the answer regarding the FAR infrared.

I can't do any abx right now due to diarrhea and a history of c. diff.

But could I inhale c. Silver thru a nebulizer, or would it mess up my asthma? I heard it hets into the bloodstream that way. I have a nebulizer at home.

What is an HLA test?
