Anyone use Caprylic Acid before to help with yeast ? Was wondering what type of results you had ?

my LLND gave me this also for yeast. I'm having throat issues so I haven't been able to take them. When i'm less nauseated i'm going to grind up my tabs and put them in a shake or something. Its also for immune system support.

I have been using a really good combo twice a day for yeast and it seems to work. I use nystatin + concentrated garlic extract + concentrated coconut oil. I don't have much yeast.
