Catechins and epicatechins have been found in coconut water and those both have anti-protozoal properties. Green tea is even a better source.

I love Coconut Oil (which reminds me...I need to buy some)! Green Tea is fantastic too and coconut water! Thanks Don! Miss seeing you post on the forum.

I use coconut oil as well. I was drinking green tea, but one of Dr. Oz's shows talked about
white tea being better, so now I am drinking that. I get it at Trader Joes. Organic white tea with pomegranate. I put a little stevia in it. It's great.

It depends on why you are drinking the green tea. Green tea has been shown to be helpful against Babesia:

Green tea would always cause nausea for me, so I started using the capsules.

I also use coconut oil. They actually have concentrated coconut oil now in soft gel form! I think it also help with yeast. I believe it has monolaurin in it? Either way coconut oil has been proven to be really beneficial to health

I use it for all my cooking needs. I do oil pulling with it when I remember to.
I'm not able to just swallow a spoonful of it, though, since it bothers my throat a lot. I wish it didn't bother me so I could get more down.
I think the hospice group here is using it now, after seeing how it helped my mom during her last days. They used it on her lips daily to keep them from drying out so bad and they'd look so much better the morning after they used it. They also swabbed her mouth with it so it wouldn't get so dry and that helped too.
I give a little to our pets and they like it. I hope it's helping their teeth, among other things.

I meant when I consume it for other health benefits. I don't swallow what I use for oil pulling.
