I haven't heard about that type of sauna before. Interesting.
I'm worse in the heat, it just really sinks me, in part because I don't sweat much. I'm worse in the dead of winter and best in late spring, summer and the first part of fall. I know of someone who was in a long battle with Lyme and just couldn't get past a certain point in her healing. She decided to move back to CA since she felt better whenever she went to visit there and she improved a lot.
My daughter is worse in the winter and better in the spring, summer and early fall. She's impacted by light a lot. She will perk up in the winter if it snows, because it brightens up our typical rainy winter. She can't use a light box, because it's too bright for her, so I need to get her a full spectrum lamp to see if that helps her. She likes the heat in summer and has less pain when its sunny and warm.
