Continue to take the S. boulardii of course. That stuff is fantastic. Also take at least one, preferably two broad spectrum based probiotics that have at least Acidophilus in it (for upper GI support) and Bifidus (for lower GI support). Consider taking a brand that is coated to be partially immune to the acid in your stomach which kills most probiotics. Some brands, like Theralac apparently have new coatings that claim to be acid immune.
Some other strains that have shown great potential in aiding individuals with chronic disease:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, L. brevis, L. delbrückii, L. bulgaricus
Bifidobacterium lactis
S. thermophilus
Im taking all of my probiotics on an empty stomach, with large amounts of luke warm water, which dilutes your stomach acid and maximizes the amount of flora that reaches your tracts alive. The cheap brands (like PB8) can really be used effectively like this. On really bad weeks and under heavy ABXs, Ill increase the frequency of my enemas and actually put lower tract probiotics in it which is really helping.
Its important that you pull out of this nausea/diarrhea spiral and not let it get as bad as mine did. Chronic diarrhea can lead to severe and sudden vitamin absorption problems and dehydration.
