high Lymphs and low Neutrophils count

Last blood test came back with:

low "Neutrophils"
high "Lymph"
Low "Neutrophils (Absolute)"
normal "Lymph (Absolute)"

My LLMD said it's fine. She said she sees lots of low Neutrophils in those who has just herx a lot. When asked about the Lymph, she said it's OK.

I like my LLMD and trust that she knows what she's doing, but should I be concerned ? (you know how drs don't normally tell us the whole truth) After I searched on the internet what these mean, I'm getting concerned!

If anyone has a tip on how to bring up Neutrophils and or lower Lymph, please please let me know.

RC, I have had low neutrophils also, and from some of the things I have read, a zinc/copper problem is a huge part of it ...

I have read over and over that low neutrophils is a sign of copper deficiency - but copper deficiency is a tricky thing as copper and zinc balance each other out and both are very important to immune response and white blood cells ....

It is all very cloudy and there are a lot of different opinions in regards to the zinc / copper balance issue ....

Do you have white spots on your fingernails, prematurely graying hair or a lot of spider veins ?

Tano, no, no white spots on my fingernails, I don't think I prematurely gray (but getting some gray about 1-3 years ago)....I'm 44. As for spider veins, got them after having my baby, started to notice more big vein around ankles in the past month or so.
