I sooo know what you mean. For the longest time I was completely constipated, and hen when I did go, the were not full BM. I still don't go as well as I did before, but definitely an improvement. The trick? I was told by another on this forum to take magnesium. I take magnesium oxide, powder form. Started out at 1/4 teaspoon, I now take 1/2 teaspoon daily. I take it with other supplements, not at same time as meds or probiotics. Wow, what a godsend!!
