there's a lyme dr. with 8 + years experience in San Diego who seems very knowledgable. She's written the book called "The Lyme Diet" (Dr. Nicola McF.)
Anyway, she has an interview on youtube, talking briefly about
lyme, and her experience in treating it, and just some general info.
She talks specifically about
the co-infections and what symptoms often go with certain ones. (She has a lot of experience too, so I think she knows her stuff.)
I remember there was a co-infection that she said the ears ring with and said it "loves the head" with lots of symptoms having to do with the pain in different parts of the head.
You could look up the interview online. It's about
25 minutes I think, very interesting and informative and may answer your question.
if you google "dr. nicola, lyme, youtube" it comes up as the first hit I think. Next to her name is: "treatment for chronic..."
