I just got a two person sauna at home about two weeks ago. Seriously AMAZING! I think I have only missed two days. Just 30 min and I feel great.

I"m glad it's such a help to you. My daughter and I can't use ours, because we can't tolerate the heat around our heads, so I will be selling it. I got a Biomat instead and we both can use that much longer. She'll often spend an hour on it with the heat on high.
