Treatment sequence - Bart first, then lyme, then babesia?

I would say start with what is giving you most problems. I was tested neg with Babesia until the Fry test dr. Sponaugle did. Just start somewhere. I am not experienced with Bartonella so someone else will have to answer that. My favorite was silver which should kill everything really.

I guess I will know more after my LLMD appt in a couple weeks but I'm trying to understand as much as I can about treatment to be better prepared w/ questions for her.

This changes every couple weeks, but I would guess right now my biggest probs are hip joint pain (horrible) and muscle fatigue and overall fatigue, which could be from any of the infections. I am now substituting 2 meals with a Raw foods/enzymes/protein drink so my GI sx are much less but if you ask me which is my worst sx during one of my crazy stomach episodes--- it would be that, which is clearly Bart. So I'm just not sure which is the predominate infection right now.

Also, I am paying for everything out of pocket right now and not sure if I will need--or have to do more testing or if I can--or should just start treatment for everything we suspect I have. Would love more input on that from anyone who has ideas.

I have been reading about your protocol, WWJD20... not done yet but will surely have questions when I'm done. I really like the approach to treating everything at once.

I was treated with various abx last year (including some that are used for these tx) for chronic sinusitis & bronchitis... and had a very rough time with them. I'm worried what it's going to be like doing intense abx tx w/ more than one at a time. But if I can tolerate it, I'm also interested in the idea of treating w/ abx first, then herbs more long-term...

I might suggest looking into an herbalist to help with your treatment. Treatment, including successful treatment varies per individual. Though I had multiple infections, lyme was the dominant one in my body - once we got rid of that the others dropped off pretty quick. For others babs might be dominant or bartonella. In general, the literature suggests that co-infections are usually dominant.

There are a variety of herbs/antibiotics that can treat bartonella/babesia. The nice thing is if you work with an herbalist or someone trained - they can guide you while you are still using the antibiotics and you don't have to worry about interactions because they will know what is OK and what is not.

Most herbs seem to be safe but in general I've found that herbalist are usually pretty affordable and super useful. Mine is $75/visit and she used to work at a school clinic where they did sliding fees.
