Artemisinin For Bartonella - Why Not ???

Bartonella bacteria are highly associated with red blood cells ... Bartonella replicate within the red blood cell, and, like the babesia parasite, require heme uptake ( aka iron ) for survival ...

Artemisinin is drawn to iron - this is what makes artemisinin so effective against the malaria parasite, babesia and - why not bartonella ??

All three of these microbes require iron to survive, and all three are very involved inside or on the red blood cells ...

My friend works with feral cats ( you know where this is going ) ... She began having drenching night sweats, mood issues and enlarged lymph nodes ... Night sweats are usaually associated with babesia ( and malaria ), however, my friend recovered quite well with a diagnosis of bartonella and treatment with azithromycin ...

I believe that bartonella can present much the same as babesia, and in the presence of night sweats, it might be a mistake to simply think "babesia" ..

This also could mean that artemisinin could be effective in treating bartonella ..

Doesn't this make some sense ?

Buhner's associate suggested artemisinin for us as well. Keep in mind that it is not to be used long term. No longer than one month at a time with off periods in between. She said that if it was going to work, it would on the first pulse. If it doesn't work on the first pulse, continuing will not help.

After posting this thread yesterday, I thought I would conduct an experiment on myself ( LOL - I can't believe it has come to this )

I had not had a red line or red streak on my skin since May 15th ( I keep a log ) ... Usually, I need something to bring them out ...
