Bluebyyou, I have two suggestions. One, giving your lymph nodes a chance to catch up with your detoxing. Mine seem to always get swollen more and are noticeably uncomfortable when I've detoxed a lot recently. So dialing it down always lessens the swelling for me.
Suggestion #2, works more rapidly but can cause herxing. Lemon specifically aids the detoxing of lymph nodes. I squeeze the juice from 2-6 lemons at a time and make a raw lemon juice shot. Drink one of those, 2-3 times a day for as many days as you feel up to it.
But be aware of herxing additionally so you can cut back if the results are not worth it for you. But I have personally found and so has my friend that lemon juice in larger quantities than just mixing it into your water has so many benefits to our systems from making our guts alkaline to cleansing the skin because of it's detoxing capabilities.
I need to take my own advice right now. The best I've ever felt with this disease is when I was doing lemon shots every day. It usually takes me at least three days of them to lessen the swelling in the nodes. I do them without anything else but if you have acid reflux, you can have a a burning discomfort drinking them like that. My man adds manuka honey and chases it with something. However, taking the lemon shots for a few days will usually actually heal up my mans acid reflux so it's getting over the hurdle I guess. Also keep in mind it may take a week or so to lessen them this way and you may experience them getting larger and more painful and then get better. Sorry for the long ramble.
Lymphatic massage is something I definitely want to try. I have heard lots of good things.
