okay - time to start.
Stick with the pinella and burbur...but lower your dose and do once a day...see how that works.
Start with a few detoxes: drink plenty of water - 8 glasses per day...add some fresh squeezed lemon juice into some glasses. drink with a straw as it can damage tooth enamel...rinse mouth with clear water afterwards...and don't brush teeth right away.
Add liver support - toxins build up in the liver, we need to assist it.
Milk thistle extract - you can get at a health food store...or grocery stores with health sections.
Then, every few days add in a new detox.
Here are some ideas:
- Alka seltzer gold
- dry brushing your skin
- epsom salt baths - start first with foot baths and warm water...only soak feet for a few minutes at first...then gradually increase the time
- binder - eg; activated charcoal
are you on good probiotics? I take a few different types...
