Spirochetes..what else could it be. ?

When is your LLMD appointment? You saying that you have many symptoms points more to Lyme disease than to dental problems.

There are actually lots of kinds of spirochetes. Spirochetes are generally a kind of bacteria that you do NOT want in your body, all they do is cause disease and rot living things. All spirochetes are bad but Borrelia is the worst in my opinion, next Syphillis. We don't know much about all the other kinds of spirochetes but we know they are out there.

Luckily I got no protomyxoa's or babesiosis .

I kind of feel bad for the wildlife... They must all have different kinds of germs living in them causing all kinds of health problems.

Borrelia, Bartonella, Babesia ...

They all sound Italian to me...

my son's Igenex test results were: IgM all negative, except 41 IND and IgG 41 ++ and 39 IND, all else negative. llmd said, looks like lyme.

His test was looked at by an Infectious Disease Dr. at the University of Iowa Hospital, and the ID Dr. said to our pediatrician that:

"these test results are concerning; with the band 41 being positive. Definitely treat for lyme disease."

from what I understand, this isn't your typical ID Dr. response, but I'm thankful it was the one our pediatrician conferred with. (basically I was happy with the llmd's dx, but my husband wanted a 2nd opinion. We stuck with the llmds for treatment though, as the ID Dr. and pediatrician said three weeks abx would get it for sure. (Maybe there's hope for these two dr.s though, b.c at least they acknowledged the test.)
