Since learning I have Lyme, I've been a little concerned about my son, who will turn 3 this month. I'm pretty certain I had Lyme before becoming pregnant with him, so I was vaguely concerned that he might have it as well. Well, since my brain fog has been clearing up lately, it's becoming so clear to me that he is showing a lot of Lyme symptoms. Instead of waking up, ready to play in the mornings, he just wants to cuddle and rest more. He is having random pain in his hands and stretches them a lot. His jaw pops sometimes when he yawns, and he has started chewing on things, which he hasn't done in many months. He has an appointment with my LLMD in a couple of weeks. I know that kids are pretty resilient, and I'm optimistic that he will do well with treatment. I just feel pretty down that he has to go through it at all. Is there anything I should be doing for him while we wait for his dr appointment?
