Tracking Lab Results

10 months ago I tested Western Blot positive:
IgG: 66,58,41,39,23
IgM: 66,58,41,39,23
and positive for babesia

Treatment involved 5 months of orals (amox; zith; septra,ceftin, cipro, rifampin, daraprim, malarone, minocy, flagyl, plaquenil et al) and IV rocephin, then herbals only (samento, banderol, horse tooth, silver, artimenisin, clove, woodworm, et al)
current blood work:
IgG: 66,41,23
IgM: 23

Still symptomatic daily as I believe (per IgM on 23) I have an active infection. Re-started ABX

Questions:
What do you all think this means? Some bands disappearing altogether, fewer IgGs?
Does anyone have other metrics to show progress on your battle?
Does anyone else have similar results overtime?

Hi Marie--I am still symptomatic and still on treatment...and plan to stay on treatment until I am 2+ months clear of symptoms (if that ever happens.)

I am wondering who else has follow-up lab work that shows a change bands in IgG or IgM over time--mostly interested in IgM changes as that indicates active infection. As I track the labs for months and years I am wondering if there are any noticeable trends one might expect...or perhaps surmise some directional conclusions myself.

I guess the better question would be...who has had follow-up Lyme Western Blot blood work...and what did it reveal?
