yes it is encouraging to think these crazy cycles of getting worse are actually part of getting better.

I wish my doctor would tell me these kinds of things.

OMG!! **I have this printed out and its one of my top 3 info fav's!!** I always refer back to it often. Glad you found!!

And Ikr!! ....I thought the same exact thing Kate....why didnt my doc give me anything like this.....send us home with some darn brochures/tips...SOMETHING. But I got NADA as well ://
