Muscle spasms?

So my only symptom today is occasional muscle spasms in random places. I haven't taken any antibiotics yet and am just taking a small break from them.

Magnesium deficiency or Lyme disease symptom? I've had this kind of thing before Lyme but not very often

This going 2 months symptom free thing bugs me because I just don't know what a Lyme symptom is anymore, I am still counting the smallest aches and pains and even things like muscle spasms. Oh well I guess the main worst symptoms are now over.

Not twitches, not cramps.

The Muskie spasms like contracts but no body parts move. It happens in the middle of muscle areas.

I seem to have less spasms on days I remember to take my vit D.
