I'm just coming to realize my symptoms seem to flare (for the most part) 8 hours after taking my antibiotics. Obviously, sometimes they flare at any random time but I seem to be noticing a pattern.
When I wake up my symptoms are off the wall. This usually subsides after I get going with my routine.
At the end of the work day my symptoms escalate again.
Has anyone else experienced this??

Well, don't you think that's a herx?

I guess it could be, I can't seem to tell the difference between a herx, flare, symptom, etc...
