O O O O Hugs and well wishes, as many as you need. You may need water and /or to boost your blood sugar - dehydration, low blood sugar, and also low blood pressure can cause dizziness. So can ear trouble. Since Bb acts on so many different parts I'm just throwing out a few possibilities I know of.
When I get dizzy some times shaking my head works because it sloshes the inner ear fluid around and sort of resets the "Which way is up?" monitor in our brain.
If my blood sugar drops I get dizzy/lightheaded, and I fix that with a quick dose of sugar - candy, juice or the like - not much, then follow up with a mix of complex carbs and protein to keep my levels more steady.
If I get dizzy with movement like standing up, it's usually from dehydration. I already have low blood pressure and the combo can give me the spins.
So, maybe some part of this will help.
More hugs! OOOOOOO
