Pain under ribs up side to armpits

I've been treated for Lyme since Oct. Thought I was doing better for a couple of months, then my right side up to my armpit area got really sore (extending toward breast) - This comes and goes. Then I got a terrible burning pressure-sort of pain under my right ribcage. The rib pain is now under my right rib in front and under the back right and left ribs. I had an abdominal ultrasound and it came back normal. Waiting for blood test results. Anyone else with burning pressure under ribs and sore side up to armpits? Sometimes it feels like a golf ball under my rib cage. It's worse at night and I haven't slept well in over a month.

I had this for a few months. Seemed to come on when I ate fatty foods. Have you noticed this correlation...? My LLND diagnosed gallbladder issues. She gave me some supplements (can't recall which specific ones) and the pain disappeared and hasn't come back since.

I thought Babisia caused right rib pain.
