Hi guys,
Does any of you have experience with Dr F. , director of lyme disease research center at colombia university ?
I have had this disease for 6 years. I will travel from Israel and I would like to hear if any of you has any experience with him ?

His focus is in research... I'm not sure if he actually clinically treats patients.

I thought my LLMD told me Dr. F. did treat patients?

I went to Columbia U Research center. I never met Dr. F. I was seen by a female Dr. 2.5 months have passed since I went there and I still haven't heard from them. They were supposed to call me when my lab results came in. I hope I didn't waste $5K.

I know, right? That was for 6 hours of their time! My brother in law recommended it to us. He lectures at Columbia and heard of their Lyme research. My husband got really set on me going there. With that money, I thought we should just go to a Dr. In NJ that has a great reputation but you have to pay out of pocket. Oh well... I'm going to start calling and harassing them this week. I waited long enough!

Did you see my post on Dr. F.?

He studies hypochondriasis in people.

That seems an incredibly strange thing for a Lyme researcher to do.
