I have had a variable and irregular heart beat since night before last. It was better today, and haven't used sauna since the strange rhythms started, but I was wondering if the sauna could be making it worse?
I normally have tachycardia (I take Bystolic), and I have low BPressure.
I have been short of breath with occasional low to semi-low blood-oxygen level. I assumed the shortness of breath was caused by asthma, since I have always had a little asthma.
I had something like the flu, or some kind of resp. virus last winter, and ever since, the asthma got exponentially worse.
The sauna does seem to help the asthma, I think, but I'm scared because of my heart.
