I'm trying to figure out why I have been in so much pain the last few days. I woke up the other day completely covered in pain... Every inch of my body, including a headache and pressure/pain around the eyes. Legs, arms and face are tingling and one numbness in toes and fingers.
I have not had much tingling in over 6 months. I'm also on Butrans patch and Tramadol for pain. Tramadol wears off by the morning but Butrans normally has me covered or half the pain. When I woke up that day, I did not feel like I had any pain meds in my system. The pain felt almost as bad as my early days of the disease, 2 years ago.
Here is what has been different in the last week. I'm on Suprax, Azythromycin and Plaquonil for Lyme and Bartonella. I called to refill the Suprax and was given only 3 pills, saying that's all I have on the refill. I've called my Dr. And the pharmacy as well and a week later, my refill has still not been called in. Therefore I have been off the Suprax for a week. Hard for me to imagine I would regress that much in a week with being on 2 other antibiotics as well.
I also started taking Nattokinase and Wobenzyme a week ago. Now I'm wondering if Nattokinase is the cause of the pain. If some biofilms were broken up and bacteria killed off causing a terrible herx. Usually Burbur eases my pain when I herx and this time is not hoping at all. The headache won't ease up and makes me feel nauseous at times. When I wake up is the worst time without Tramadol in my system. I'm already anxious about what tomorrow morning will bring.
Do you think the Nattokinase is causing the pain or being off of Suprax?
