Please do be careful - protect yourself (& family members!) from insect bites! Many insects carry these infections now - mosquitoes, fleas, biting flies of all types (horse flies, deer flies, sand flies, etc.), even some spiders and ants!
Also please realize that heat and humidity will also stress the body, and if it's warm enough, your body temp will raise, which could kill off a few more bacteria causing herxing as well. It's better to be prepared that caught off guard! I confirmed that heat and humidity will stress the body (LOL!) when I went camping on my vacation just a few weeks ago. Be sure to take along things to help you detox - lemon water, dry skin brush, items to do an Epsom salt/peroxide foot soaks. And rest as much as you can.
Kirkland probiotics looks like a good one. I would say you need to take 2 a day at least. Be sure to take them 2 hours away from any antibiotics.
