Anyone familiar with Wahl's diet?

Anyone seen this?

I found it on another forum as I was searching, yet again, for clues to abx-related diarrhea, Lyme, and brain damage.

It doesn't look as extreme or wacky as some diets or trends.

Ok, I've tried many different diets (!!!), but sometimes I feel that I'm on my last leg.

I've looked into it before. It certainly works for her. I just can't eat seaweed and I've tried. I'd rather supplement with iodine. Organ meat isn't something I can eat either. I agree with her premise of eating nutrients that benefit the body. Eating typical American food does nothing to replace the nutrients that we lose as we age.
