Does anyone else have this symptom? My body seems to go seriously numb at bedtime. I wake up and have dead limbs and need to shake everything out for a while. Just more weird stuff to add to the list.

I have tingling in my feet often. I also have a numb finger - never goes away for over a year now. Either a result of pinched nerve, or it's a symptom of lyme.

Louise - I have so many bizarre symptoms that I literally thought I was gonna "lose it" a few months back. Couldn't deal with it because I couldn't figure out what I had that would cause them all. Now, I just tell myself that it's Lyme disease. Am I in denial? maybe - only time will tell.

My arms and hands do fall asleep easily if I lay on them. I actually fell asleep at my desk the other day and was laying on my arm. I woke up suddenly and I couldn't feel or move my hand and arm and was a little freaked out, but the feeling did come back. I sometimes did get tingling in my fingers during the winter, but thought it was from them being so darned cold and they were starting to heat back up.

I get numbness in my fingertips, mostly at night. It was worse before treatment, got it almost every night. And because I always woke up in the middle of the night, I always had that feeling. It was awful. Now, I really don't get it too much, unless I lay on my hands - which sometimes I do.

Early in the disease I had terrible tingling/burning in my legs and arms. Sometimes my toes or fingers were almost numb. My arms fall asleep very easily. Every evening when I'm on my iPad, my arms fall asleep over and over again. I sometimes wake up with my arms numb.

Hi Louise, that used to happen to me a lot at night. I would try to stand up and collapse. Taking a detox bath before bed and continuing treatment has really helped it go away. Also, how are your B12 levels? Mine were very low and once addressed, helped a lot of numbness and tingling go away.

I have pins and needles as I write:( doesn't happen all the time but when I am sleeping it is the worst. The past few weeks I was doing really good until a couple days ago. Last night my whole left side was asleep and numb. I always jump out of sleep quickly when this happens and wake up my husband because it scares the crap out if me! I guess I am scared it won't go away, but once I shake it out I am okay. This symptom as well as muscle twitching and jerks are my only symptoms at the moment.

My left hand middle finger had that tingling numb felling. It felt like a pinched nerve because I could feel it up my whole arm when I moved my finger. Weird.
