I've been on them 7-8 months now and only had a few sharp pains in the beginning from Zithromax. I take probiotics several times a day, 2 hrs away from antibiotics. I also eat fermented foods such as kefir, kombucha tea and fermented veggies and it has helped wonders.
Interesting, I've been told by two people now to eat fermented veggies...maybe I'll start? Why are they useful in this context?
I'm on nystatin for the candida and a lot of probiotics. Don't have any pain or diarrhea, still uneasy though :(
