Anion gap Acidosis

Hi all. Wondering if anyone here has suspected adverse reactions from Dr. Zhang protocol related to Anion gap Acidosis and/or First degree AV block?

Started Dr. Zhang protocol about 3 weeks ago, progressively feeling worse. Sat I walked the dog for a couple miles and puttered in the garden the rest of the day. Didn't feel great, but with chronic Lyme I never do. Sat night I passed out, spouse said I stopped breathing and medics transported me to the ER due to abnormal ECG. Discharged after overnight stay but still have First degree AV block. Not allowed to drive, strict orders to stop treatment until cardiac work-up is done. Cardiologist is trying to figure out if it is Lyme or Lyme treatment related. If you have had experience or knowledge of this, would you mind sharing with me?

Background; Diagnosed Oct 2013 Lyme no suspected co-infections. Never on ABX. I was on Byron White for 6 mos with no change in symptoms. Have Lyme arthritis in most of my body joints, multiple painful pressure points in sub-cutaneous tissues and mild cognitive issues.. notably short term memory issues.
