Hi, to everyone.
It's official. I saw a new LLMD, my 2nd one in 7 months, and decided to give him a go at this L/co.
Since I had started a low dose of doxy 3 wks ago (thanks to my pcp's associate, yay!), and have done well on it, the LLMD suggestion I continue the doxy dose for the next 6 wks, and added in low dose of Ceflin. So far, two doses in me, and doing well.
The LLMD was out of pocket, but only charged $125 for the visit! My meds, thank god, were covered by my disablity insurance. I go back in 6 wks for my 1st follow up, and sit for an IV of Vit C, B complex, Magnesium. I will also get another IV of glutothione (or something like that, as I couldn't write it down fast enough.) Doc said that one is for a major help with detoxing.
He also uses an integrative approach, so that was a positive, too.
So far, things are going well. I'm feeling better, and look forward to continuing along this upward path. I am aware of possible herx, and will keep all my stuff written down for helping me get treated more accurately.
Thanks to all for the thoughts, and prayers, and support.
Oh, and at the pharmacy I talked with another customer about my getting Lyme meds. Turned out her and her husband had both gotten the 3 shot Lyme immunization shot, and her husband is now exibiting lyme symptoms! She had no idea, but I had suggested they be aware of any symptoms, and she said her husband in already dealing with them! I explained IGenex, she wrote it down, and thanked me for the info. She said she is going to address this asap. I believe this is how we get the word out and get others help. I am not afraid to talk about this. If I can help even one person, then it's all worth it.
Spreading the truth and hope for health.
